Registration will open on the 30th June

Registration for the conference will be made available via ConfTool, our conference management software system.

Abstracts and participants are matched by user accounts. In order to access the registration form, you will need your existing account login details that you entered during the abstract submission process. Please do not create a new account for registration. If you cannot access your existing account, please use the forgotten password or forgotten username links on the conftool login page. If you are still having difficulty, you can contact us.

New accounts – in order to register, you will need to via create an account via ConfTool. The login details from last year were not moved over to this year’s system. 

Your registration includes full access to our virtual conference platform which will provide access to all presentations and host all platform discussions as well as live plenary lectures.

Registration Process Details

Please go to https://www.conftool.com/eac2021 to register. In case you have already submitted an abstract, please use the same account details to login for registration again to allow for matching participants and abstracts.

After successful registration you will receive an email directly from EAC 2021’s conftool.com platform containing a link to download your individual invoice and confirmation letter (in one document!). As we are hosting the conference in the virtual space, we need to transfer your data to our conference platform https://hopin.com. This is automatically done during the registration process and you agree to this when accepting our General Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. You will receive a separate email from hopin asking for confirmation of your registration to avoid spam. Please do so immediately in order to be fully logged in to our virtual conference. After the final payment step you will also receive your payment confirmation. Your payment status will always be accessible via your conftool.com account.

If you are not able to pay by credit card you need to contact us via  after completing the registration process.
