Abstract submission for EAC 2021 is provided via ConfTool, a conference management software system developed by ConfTool GmbH.
Creation of an account is mandatory first. The same account will be used for registration later on. Please keep your account details. The login details from last year were not moved over to this year’s system. After account creation, please follow the link “Abstract Submission” in the section “Your Submissions” in order to get access to the submission page.

You can manage your account details at any time. Abstract details can only be changed as long as abstract submission is open!
Please use one of the following templates in order to submit your contribution. Guidelines are detailed in each of these files.
The abstracts will be reviewed by the chairs and co-chairs of the EAA working groups. Abstracts which do not fulfill the standards will be rejected. Please avoid submitting abstracts containing only future results.
Accepted abstracts will be placed on the conference website and provided to conference attendees. Abstract titles and author lists will be listed in the conference proceedings.
Participants should not make requests for oral presentation of several papers on similar subjects. We recommend submitting only the most general paper for oral presentation and the others for poster presentation.
The abstract should be submitted in pdf format through the EAC2021 ConfTool submission facility. The deadline for abstract submission has been extended by two weeks to the 14th April. Authors will be notified about final decisions by the end of June 2021.
Accepted abstracts will be published on the web and title and authors will be included in the printed program book, on condition that the presenting author is registered for the conference and has paid the registration fee.
